Please read the following rules carefully before submitting your film to the Neerja International Film Festival 2025.
- Film must be subtitled in English if other language.
- It is not a problem if they have been previously screened, shown on the Internet or in other festivals.
- The decision of the Jury will be final and can’t be challenged.
- Once the film submitted can’t be withdrawn in any circumstances, however festival director reserve the rights to disqualify any film on certain grounds.
- If submitting more than one film, a separate form should be filled out for each submission. In the same way separate fees will also have to be paid.
- By submitting films to NIFF, filmmaker/producer takes the whole responsibility of copyright issues of music, script and other creative and technical aspects of film.
- Categories mentioned on FilmFreeway website with 'Non-Screening but in Award Competition' will not going to screen, as they are kind of award ceremony competition. Only our judges watch it for judging purpose.
- All films should be without any watermark and advertisement.
- Neerja International Film Festival is open to all filmmakers in the world, you can submit films from anywhere in the world.
- All applicants will be notified by two weeks before the festival date.
- According to festival policy, if any error occurs in your video during screening, it will be the sole responsibility of the submitter. Please check the video before submitting it.
- As with other festivals, your fee is paid for your film to be considered. If you do not follow with the festival rules and Conditions, your submission will be disqualified. If your film is not accepted, your submission fee is not refunded.
- You can make a film on any subject, films on all subjects will be accepted acceptable.
- Film must be fully completed before submission.
- Submissions must meet minimum quality requirements. Film with a resolution below 720p or poor audio quality will not be considered.
- This festival may use portion of your film (including tailors, teasers, Stills or posters) for promotional purpose.
- You must own the rights to your film to submit.
- Festival dates and times may be subject to change.
- Filmmaker can submit all kind of project like- video album, music video, documentary, short film, telly film, feature film, non feature film, animation film.
- Time duration- 1 minute to 3 hours.
